현실이 시궁창이어도 상상의 세계는 영향을 받지 않는다. 그곳에 잠식되지만 않으면 그곳은 내게 천국이었다. 지독히도 벗어나고 싶은 현실이 있었기 때문이다. 도피처로 시작된 나의 상상은 오히려 나를 현실에 발 붙일 수 있게 해주었고, 중력과 이성의 현실에서도 숨 쉴 수 있게 도와주었다.

스스로가 간절히 원하면 우린 언제든 무한히 팽창하는 상상의 우주로 갈 수 있다. 악몽만 아니라면.

Even if reality is a gutter, the imaginary world is not affected. If it wasn't encroached on there, that place was heaven to me. It was because there was a reality that I desperately wanted to escape from. My imagination, which started as a refuge, rather allowed me to set foot in reality and helped me breathe even in the reality of gravity and rationality.
